Which organisms have you guys found to be currently integrated in the Evolution Through the Ages Game?

Thus far I've found the following:
LUCA
Cyanobacteria
Aquifex
Choanoflagellate

I've got successfully colonies of each of these organisms, and I assume there are many more creatures integrated in the game, so I am wondering which ones people have been able to earn and which organisms they evolved these creatures from.
